§ People & Culture Administration: Support the department in coordination of P&C functions, initiative & legislative requirements.
§ Maintains accurate and systematic filing systems, including electronic files & upgrade record on HRIS with confidentiality & accuracy.

§ Integrated Talent Management administrative support.

§ Support in compliance with Organizational policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services.
